Registration for Devoxx Belgium 2027 opens on 16 August 2027. Subscribe to the newsletter to get a reminder before ticket sales start.

• Deep Dive pass: Monday and Tuesday, with 3-hour Deep Dives, Tools-in-Action talks and evening BOFs.
• Conference pass: Wednesday to Friday, with the keynotes and conference talks.
• Combi pass: all five days.

Choose the “Business Registration” option. Belgian companies must enter a complete postal address, their VAT number and their Peppol ID.

One registration covers up to 10 participants. For a larger group, start another registration. Everyone registers during one of the registration batches; pre-registrations are not possible.

After registering you receive a PDF invoice. Please pay it promptly by bank transfer. An invoice can’t be changed once it has been generated.

Belgian companies: your Peppol ID is required

The reason is not a Devoxx rule. Belgium’s mandatory B2B e-invoicing regime has been in force since 1 January 2026, and the tolerance period ended on 31 March. Invoices between Belgian VAT-registered businesses now have to travel as structured electronic documents over the Peppol network, in a EN 16931-compliant format — a PDF attached to an email is no longer an invoice. Your Peppol ID is simply your company’s address on that network.

Whoever runs your invoicing or accounting software will know it, and it is on every structured invoice you have sent this year. If your company is not yet reachable on Peppol at all, that is a conversation with your accountant or software vendor — and one to have this week, not next.

Registering as an individual, or from outside Belgium? Nothing changes for you.

Your eTicket is emailed to you one week before the conference.

Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected] and received before these dates:

• Up to and including [date TBA]: 90% refund
• Up to and including [date TBA]: 50% refund
• After that: no refund

No-shows and late notices are not refunded. You can send someone else in your place if you let us know in writing before the conference.

Yes. Speakers get a free Combi pass for the whole week. Collect your badge at the registration desk without queueing, together with a small thank-you gift.

• Croissants are served from 08:00.
• The Deep Dive days (Monday and Tuesday) start at 09:30. Lunch is from 12:30 to 13:30 in the exhibition area, and Tuesday ends with BOFs until 21:30.
• The Conference days start on Wednesday at 09:30 with the opening keynote.
• Wednesday evening: a reception with fries and beer.
• Thursday evening: the Devoxx Movie from 20:00 to 22:00 in Room 8 (first come, first served).
• The last conference sessions end on Friday at 12:30.

• Conference talks: 50 minutes, Wednesday to Friday (recorded)
• Deep Dives: 3-hour sessions on Monday and Tuesday, usually 75 minutes, a 30-minute break and another 75 minutes (recorded)
• Tools-in-Action: 30-minute demos of a programming tool on Monday and Tuesday (recorded)
• Hands-on Labs: 3-hour hands-on sessions from Monday to Thursday. Bring your own laptop!
• Lunch talks: 40 minutes during the lunch break, Monday to Thursday (recorded)
• BOFs: informal 60-minute evening sessions, Monday to Thursday

No. Seats are first come, first served. If a room is full, pick another session: recorded talks are published on YouTube afterwards.

The counter next to a talk in the schedule only shows how many people favourited it. It doesn’t reserve a seat.

Yes!

Yes. Conference talks, Deep Dives, Tools-in-Action and Lunch talks are recorded and published for free on the Devoxx YouTube channel.

Yes. The Devoxx mobile app installs on your phone without an account. Favourite talks (saved on your device), rate them and leave feedback.

Badges are strictly personal and can’t be shared. If you forget yours, you’ll be asked to go back and get it.

Yes. Kinepolis has hundreds of free parking spaces around the venue, all week long. Don’t leave valuables such as laptops or phones in your car.

• Coming from Gent / St-Niklaas (E17 / E34-West). After the Kennedy-tunnel, keep driving past Antwerpen-Centrum, Antwerpen-Zuid, and Antwerpen-Oost. At Antwerpen-Noord (E19), keep driving towards Nederland and follow Antwerpen Singel to the A12-Noord. Leave the A12 at exit 16 (Ekeren) en follow direction Singel. You will see Kinepolis at your right when arriving at the Groenendaalpoort.
• Coming from Brussels (A12-Zuid). After driving over the viaduct Boomsesteenweg and the Bevrijdings-tunnel, you will find yourself on the Ring around Antwerp. Follow it towards Nederland. Drive past Antwerpen-Zuid, and Antwerpen-Oost. At Antwerpen-Noord (E19), keep driving towards Nederland and follow Antwerpen Singel to the A12-Noord. Leave the A12 at exit 16 (Ekeren) en follow direction Singel. You will see Kinepolis at your right when arriving at the Groenendaalpoort.
• Coming from Brussels / Mechelen (E19-Zuid). Follow the Ring around Antwerp in the direction of Nederland. Drive past Antwerpen-Oost. At Antwerpen-Noord (E19), keep driving towards Nederland and follow Antwerpen Singel to the A12-Noord. Leave the A12 at exit 16 (Ekeren) en follow direction Singel. You will see Kinepolis at your right when arriving at the Groenendaalpoort.
• Coming from Hasselt / Turnhout (E313 / E34-Oost). Follow the Ring around Antwerp in the direction of Nederland. At Antwerpen-Noord (E19), keep driving towards Nederland and follow Antwerpen Singel to the A12-Noord. Leave the A12 at exit 16 (Ekeren) en follow direction Singel. You will see Kinepolis at your right when arriving at the Groenendaalpoort.
• Coming from the Netherlands (E19-Noord / A12-Noord). Follow the A12 in the direction of Nederland. Leave the A12 at exit 16 (Ekeren) and follow direction Singel. You will see Kinepolis at your right when arriving at the Groenendaalpoort.
• Easier route when coming from the Netherlands: Stay on the E19. Follow the signs “Antwerpen Centrum”. Take exit 1 (N129, Merksem). Go right when you get off the highway (direction Antwerpen). Now go straight, you’ll find Kinepolis at your right hand side about 500m from the exit.
• Coming from Antwerp Center. Follow Singel, driving North. At Groenendaalpoort, turn left. You will see Kinepolis at your right when arriving at the Groenendaalpoort.

Take tram 6 towards Luchtbal and get off at the Kinepolis stop, a short walk from the venue. The tram runs from the south of the city via the central station (route) and goes underground in the city centre. Tickets and 3- or 5-day passes are sold on the underground platforms.

Staying at the Holiday Inn Express or a Docklands hotel? Take bus 31; buses 123 and 7xx also stop nearby.
