Certain technology based products, such as our conference mobile applications, may may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, and performance data, the site or app store from which you downloaded the app. We also use this information to inform app design development and updates. Data collected may include, but is not limited to, system model, mobile network provider, operating system, host ID, location, IP address and other information used to collect aggregate data on app usage, downloads, sessions, and frequency of use. We provide tools to help you manage your time spent at our conferences, such as event planners via our conference mobile applications and via website based agendas. Through these tools you are able to favourite sessions, provide ratings and feedback on content. This information is then anonymised and used for the purposes of assessing the relevance and suitability of content at future events.
We only process personal data, when it is required to serve our website, our services or other content. Personal data will only be processed when the user has agreed to it. An exception will be made if a consent could not be given in advance and the law allows processing in this case.
